What personal data we collect, where we get it, and why we collect it
Shopping Checkout
When visitors to our sales section add products to their cart and proceed to checkout, we ask for their personal identification details, to enable tracking, processing and efficient documentation for legal and administrative purposes.
Contact forms
The information that visitors input in the contact forms on our website is used by our administrative team to profile their need and adequately respond to the queries raised.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to monitor and improve the performance of our site based on the preferences and actions of our visitors.
We do not collect personal information, but only monitor information relating to your browsing of our website, such as landing page, device being used, etc.
How long we retain your data
For completed orders, your data is stored for 2 years, to facilitate our legal and administrative process, after which it will become anonymized, and your details automatically removed from our systems.
For incomplete orders, the data entered is cached in your browser for 7 days, in the event that you return to complete your order. After 7 days, your details will be deleted from our cache system.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
